Project: Avenue Underpass

Fabricated steel plate girders 15 ft deep x 136 ft long, each girder weighing approximately 121 tons.

Full penetration welds joined 1-1/4 inch thick web plates to 3-1/2 inch thick flange plates.

We fabricated all framing components, which included: floor beams, diaphragms, lateral bracing, ballast plates, walkway plates, and miscellaneous connection members.

Structure was fully assembled at our facility, then partially dismantled and painted with a three coat paint system.
