Mixer Tubs to Transport the Liquid Iron

The customer has given us an assignment for building three new mixer tubs. These mixers are going to be used to transport the liquid iron through the factory on train carriages.

Both axle journals are supported and were only allowed to undergo a maximum total run out of 5 mm over a length of no less than 20 metres.

We carry out all operations for building these mixers under one roof. Machining, fabrication, sheet-metal work, rolling, bending, finishing techniques in detail, welding and even PWHT.
