Frames for the Modular Housing Industry

These frames are for the modular housing industry. We have been producing 2 or 3 of these a week for the last 2 months, along side our main fabrication of structural steel.

The first photo shows a frame, which lets us build the entire frame and firmly clamp it in place for welding. As these are stacked the tolerances are very little so this method reduces any distortion during the welding process.

Every weld is then tested before the frames are collected by our client.
