Customized box column as required

Box shaped column is named for its shape like a large iron box. Generally used as beams or columns on steel structures. Specific drawings will be different and diversified. Some are like the # type, with all sides coming out, others are like the square tube, and of course, some are half sealed. Therefore, the processing of box columns must have drawings, and some of them also need to add some ribbed plates inside the columns. Some people also use large square tubes to replace box columns. However, due to the limited production capacity, the thickness often fails to meet the requirements.

Most of the box columns are submerged arc welded, and one of the three seams needs special welding, which will be difficult.
